Bogota sends: Stone, Tozer, Celestino and $3M.

And I absolutely forgot the correct name of the Liu I'm receiving so hang on

The Liu that I am receiving is Yang-cheng Liu.

Mumbai has freed up two roster spots on the 25-man for Andy Stone and Ed Tozer. 
Stone slots in as Mumbai's #3 starter, replacing Towson, who goes into middle relief. 
Tozer becomes another 7th inning+ setup man.
Celestino replaces Khorasani on Single-A Amdavad.
There's an extra player on Rookie League Surat's roster, but that will sort itself out since I'm trading away multiple guys from there.
