Daegu sends 3B Jesus Villalobos to Black Forest, receiving nothing in return (or $1 if there's got to be something involved).

Daegu agrees to pay $2.8 million of Villalobos' salary.

Black Forest agrees to take responsibility for the remaining $5 million of Villalobos' salary.
