This is the thread for all discussion of offseason activities during the 2139-2140 offseason.  This first post will be updated throughout the offseason and will also include links to other threads or amendment votes that come up during this time. We are preparing for the WBA's 41st season. The offseason will follow the usual DAILY sims.

Sim to 4/1/2140 complete. Next sim is Tuesday 10/25. IT IS OPENING DAY. GET YOUR ROSTERS RIGHT OR YOU WILL BE AUTO-ORGANIZED.

Tentative Sim Schedule:
