Title: Arbitration Releases still on 40-man Roster

For the record, this is probably an issue for any team who arbitration released a player on their 40-man roster. A few teams had already caught it and I fixed those issues so I'm announcing the issue to everyone now. The method I used to release them caused this, but the good news is I think I know how to handle this in the future.

Dammit. Trying to remember what my plan to not have this issue this time was.
