Title: OOTP 17

So, what are everyone's thoughts on when to switch? I would at least like to wait until after the first patch which usually addresses major issues that are noticed immediately.

I haven't gotten yet, but plan to, so I'm ok with upgrading the league.

I plan on getting the game also, just not sure when. I'm okay with upgrading the league once most of the bugs are worked out.

Sounds good and thanks for the feedback.  I'm actually not having as much luck with the improved speed they claimed it would deliver.  Of course I don't have the world's greatest computer but the CPU does have more than one core.

I've already got it too, so no worries here.  Haven't toyed with it yet myself.

We are transitioning to OOTP 17 now so there will be a minor break in the league to allow people to catch up.  Please post here if you don't have it.  I will also advertise the league on the OOTP forums.

With that said we will probably wait until next weekend to run the first sim.  Let's call it Sunday May 1st to run the first OOTP 17 sim.

I'm going to import the league into OOTP 17 later today and start working on any problems.
