Sao Paulo sends Juan Moreno, SP, Double-A.

Black Forest sends Ronnie Drew, CF, ML.  Also Black Forest will pay Drew's remaining salary this season (I assume there's a way to calculate the amount due, looks like about $2.6 million at a guess).
