There was a $500,000 "post it" for this guy last night  ... as far as I know he's still available, so here goes.

Black Forest  sends $500,000 to Beijing.

Beijing sends SP Zhi-fu Pei (AAA) to Black Forest.

Just put him on my AAA roster for now, I'll make a decision soon as to whether to put him in the rotation or maybe use him in long relief.

On second thought, just put Pei in my big-league rotation immediately, in place of Ricardo Lagido.  Move Lagido to AAA.  There's no point in waiting to make this move.  Lagido sucks.
