This is the thread for all discussion for the 2101 season, our league's second. This first post will be updated throughout the season and will also include links to other threads or amendment votes that come up during this time.

Sim through 10/31/2101 is complete. We are now on a short break prior to the daily offseason sims as I try to recruit new owners.

Just putting in the thread too, since it's only in the chat box. Something broke in the last sim, and a lot of rosters and players got shuffled up (though for some reason, it all looks fine in OOTP utilities online).

I would appreciate it if y'all can post specific examples. If your roster is missing a player you remember see if you can find him on another roster, etc.

I obviously know my team better than any others and my organization looks fine.

I've got Darchiev, who was with Mumbai, Kum is with Paris, Ermolov who is with Lagos, lots of 1 star minor leaguers on my ML roster.

If you look at the 40 man roster table, you can see what teams the players came from. It looks pretty darn random, with players from every level and many many teams

i dont have a single player from my old team, also when i click a player it takes me to a different player

I concur with the rest of the guys. My entire organization is scrambled with players from other teams. Too tired to research what their original teams are, but my major league roster starts with Joao Andrieu, Lee Petty, Olivio Trancoso... all of which are not mine.
And as maxprime said, when I click on a name to look at their page, it takes me to a different players page.

Thank you, this is why I thought examples might help. In my league file Darchiev is with Mumbai:

Kum is with Paris:

Ermolov is with Lagos:

So basically it seems like the problem was when the game compiled the league file for upload. I will verify some other rosters making sure that they match the utilities, etc. later today. If everything seems to check out then I propose that I will run a sim tonight without importing team files and we will see if the league file is fixed with the new upload.

Any changes you'd like to make for tonight's sim should be sent to me via board PM. I will input those changes manually prior to tonight's sim.

Completely forgot to reply here...the file was downloaded correctly, and it appears that everything is in order re: roster compositions.

IBL Wild Card updates:

Because of the time zone difference, Seoul will play their final regular season game 15 hours before Mumbai plays theirs at London. Seoul enters the day with a one game lead for the last playoff spot.

Tokyo at Seoul:

In a major upset that will have Seoul fans fuming, Tokyo wins their 30th game of the season and their starter Jung-Wan Yung improves to 2-20 on the year. The loss prevents Seoul from clinching and gives Mumbai hope heading into their game at London.

That brings us through the 7 days of the sim. Next sim is Sunday night. Congratulations to Los Angeles and Mombasa on advancing to their league finals. We'll see if Seoul can finish off the huge upset (they were 9-15 against Singapore in the regular season) then.
