Mumbai has several players that are in or entering the primes of their careers, and can be valuable contributors. They are blocked at the major league level.
There are some good finds here, especially for teams that have home run suppressing ballparks.
RP
Francisco Garcia - His 10/5/5 seems meh, but dig deeper and you realize that he is an ideal major league specialist, with ratings of 13/6/6 vs. lefties and absolutely FILTHY stuff.
SP
Idris Jat 10 Stuff, 7 Control, and 8 Stamina are top half of rotation caliber and worthy of his lofty draft slot (eleventh overall). His 4 movement and fly ball tendencies mean that he is risky in the Mumbai launchpad, but put him in a big park with decent outfielders and he will be dominant.
RP
Anargha Venkatasubramanian Call him "Venky." Similar story to Jat. 10 Stuff, 7 Control. But his 5 movement means that he will be much better for you than in homer friendly Mumbai.
Mumbai is in hardcore win now mode, and is willing to listen on any minor leaguer. Top 100 level prospects (
Hussain,
Rivera,
Honeyfield,
Soumitra,
Daryapurkar, etc.) will cost more, but nobody is untouchable.
