Additional Comments
+ El Paso has the best Starting Rotation.
+ Rome has the best Bullpen
+ El Paso has the best Position Players, with Santo Domingo *very* close behind.
+ I'm including a fudge factor for Stumpy because he gets counted as both a pitcher and a batter. Without that fudge factor, El Paso would be winning even *more* games.
+ We're seeing lots of lopsided win totals this year. But my formula is infallible, so I'm not going to fudge that.
+ The tie-breaker in the power rankings is # of 2 star players that made the 'roster'. More is worse. If still tied, I count 2.5-star players, then 3-star, and so on.
