+ Santo Domingo and El Paso have far-and-away the best offensive teams (41 + 40 star points, respectively, from batters).
+ Santo Domingo (again!) and Rome have far-and-away the best pitching teams (42 + 40 star points, respectively, from pitchers).
+ Tokyo needs help. They are the only team that doesn't have enough qualified players to field a full scoring-roster (only have 3 SPs with 2 stars or better)
+ I did arbitrarily nerf Stumpy's impact on the ratings, because he's counted both as a pitcher and a batter. He's still earning more star points for Daegu than any One-Way player could possibly contribute. So Daegu can argue that they should have 99 wins and be tied with El Paso in the Power Rankings.
