2101-2102 Offseason Thread

This is the thread for all discussion of offseason activities during the 2101-2102 offseason.  This first post will be updated throughout the offseason and will also include links to other threads or amendment votes that come up during this time.

The offseason is complete.  We are now in the 2102 regular season.

I'm certainly not complaining, and don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth, but how is Montez Molinari 27-4 lifetime,  with this set of ratings?

Last year, I figured it was a one season aberration, but he's actually had even better results this year.  Curious to get your feedback....
