This is the thread for all discussion of offseason activities during the 2111-2112 offseason (WBA Cup info will be in a separate thread). This first post will be updated throughout the offseason and will also include links to other threads or amendment votes that come up during this time. We are preparing for the WBA's 13th season. The offseason will follow the usual DAILY sims during the offseason.
