2118-19 Offseason Thread

This is the thread for all discussion of offseason activities during the 2118-2119 offseason.  This first post will be updated throughout the offseason and will also include links to other threads or amendment votes that come up during this time. We are preparing for the WBA's 20th season. The offseason will follow the usual DAILY sims.

Sim to 6/5/2119 is complete. Next sim is Sunday 6/30.
