Losing Streak Continues for Meteors with 6-3 Loss to Groove
China starter Jordan Craig had a strong outing against the Melbourne Meteors at Shanghai Ball Park. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 6-3 win. Craig picked up the win for China, going 7 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 2-11. Wen-zhong Chen converted his 15th save in 18 tries.

In the bottom of the sixth, China second baseman Marco Stinzi put his team on top. With no one out and a runner on 1st, he hit his 10th home run of the year. Melbourne pitcher Jian-zhang Cheng served it up. Just like that, the Groove were ahead, 3-2.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Craig.
