The Manila Folders beat the Karachi Falcons, 5-3, at Douglas MacArthur Memorial Field. The win was due in part to catcher Elton Littlejohns, who was 2 for 3 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Eulogio Medeiros earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed 1 run on 3 hits in 3.2 innings. His record is now 3-2. The 'W' lifts Manila's record to 66-77.

Littlejohns came through with some timely hitting for Manila. With Karachi leading 3-2 in the bottom of the seventh, Littlejohns hit a 3-1 fastball for a 2-run home run. His 5th home run of the season made it 5-2, Manila.

"I just tried to make good contact," said Littlejohns.
