Lee Now 2-1 After Beating Emperors
|
Pitching was the name of the game in a tight contest between the Tokyo Fitzies and the Beijing Emperors. Tokyo won it, 1-0. Tokyo starter Guo-feng Lee was in command. Beijing, with the loss, is still a robust 11-4.
Lee allowed no runs on 2 hits over 8 innings for the Fitzies. He walked 1 and struck out 2.
"I was trying to do what I do, go out there and compete," said Lee.
