In a close game at Field of the Stars, the Sao Paulo Toucans edged the Los Angeles Stars, 5-4. Sao Paulo first baseman Miguel Fernández stood apart with his performance. He was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Miguel Salazar earned the win to go to 9-2.
