Palmchats Done In By Dolphins, 5-2
|
The Havana Dolphins dealt the Santo Domingo Palmchats a 5-2 loss at El Estadio Latinoamericano. Stefan Oeggl was the star on offense. He was 1-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Bradley Blackadder picked up the save for Havana, his 4th of the year. The Dolphins now have a mark of 55-58.
Havana grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Oeggl hit a 2-run home run off Alexander Chaudhry. His 8th home run of the season put the Dolphins out in front, 4-2.
"We had some nice at-bats at the right time," said Dolphins manager Dan Farnell.
