Riding the 3-hit performance of third baseman António Ribadeneira, the El Paso Thunderbirds got a road win against the Puerto Rico Coqui, 11-4, in Game 3 of the Divisional Series today. Ribadeneira was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Thunderbirds, who now lead the best-of-7 series, 2 games to 1.

Jack Davis did his part for the Thunderbirds, producing a run-scoring double in the top of the third inning. For the game, the catcher went 2-4 with a double and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2.

"We took advantage of our opportunities," Ribadeneira told the El Paso Daily. "It's as simple as that."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Ballpark of San Juan in San Juan.
