Voyageurs Squeeze By Rome, 2-1
|
Oslo Voyageurs starter Mathieu Richet pitched his team past the Rome Generals, 2-1, in 10 innings. The Generals drop to 5-5 and continue their mediocre start to the 2149 season.
The Voyageurs got a clutch hit from second baseman Dong-moon Kim. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Voyageurs.
Kim said this kind of win gives the team "a buzz."
