Durrani Wins IBL Honor Monday, June 15th , 2150 Pitchers who faced the Black Forest Foxes last week were happy to see Abdul Salam Durrani in the rear-view mirror. The 27-year-old left fielder was dubbed the Intercontinental Baseball League Player of the Week for a 6-game tear that saw him hit at a .520 clip. For the week he also chalked up 13 hits in 25 at-bats, 4 home runs, 10 RBIs and 6 runs scored. So far this season, Durrani has hit .336 with 11 home runs, 49 RBIs and scored 39 times. |
