Owen Thrippleton put up a remarkable month at the age of 25 and has been named the Intercontinental Baseball League Batter of the Month. For the month, Thrippleton hit .314 with 9 home runs, 24 RBIs and 17 runs scored. This year Thrippleton is batting .278 with 63 hits and 15 home runs.
