Palmchats Blanked by Chin Friday, August 2nd , 2148 Yin-reng Chin of the Chicago Beefs was in command from start to finish in his 4-0 shutout win over the Santo Domingo Palmchats. The left-hander, who is on pace to win 20 games this season, struck out 4, walked 1 and allowed 3 hits. "I felt strong the entire game," Chin said. "I felt like I had my good stuff. It was just one of those games when everything was working." So far this year, Chin has made 19 starts, tossed 144.1 innings, struck out 70 batters and walked 59.
