Manila-Sao Paulo Trade: Eshkovsky for Fontaine Monday, July 26th, 2128 In an effort to add some depth to its roster, the Manila Folders have swapped 27-year-old SS Grisha Eshkovsky to the Sao Paulo Toucans for 24-year-old CF Bernard Fontaine. The Folders GM told reporters, "We saw a chance to upgrade our ball club and took it." This season Eshkovsky is batting .298 with 116 hits and 3 home runs. He has scored 64 times and has 38 RBI. |
