Claessens Earns June's Top Batter Prize in IBL Thursday, July 1st , 2151 Nobody was better with the bat in June than Leroy Claessens, who caught everyone's attention with some hot hitting and today came away with the Batter of the Month award. Oslo's right fielder put together a solid month with a .341 batting average, 10 home runs, 27 RBIs and 18 runs scored. For the season, Claessens is hitting .286, batted in 58 runs with 21 home runs and 47 runs scored. |
