Hernández Hot, Stars Cold Friday, August 26th , 2146 Jorge Hernández subdued the Los Angeles Stars, 3-0, pitching a 4-hit gem for the Mexico City Aztecs at Field of the Stars. "He was kind of teasing them with his off-speed stuff, and his fastball was moving everywhere," Mexico City skipper Square Drive said afterward. Hernández registered 5 strikeouts and issued 2 walks in his superb performance. "We just didn't swing the bats very well. Or else he just pitched good, whichever way you want to look at it," said Los Angeles manager Andy Hustle after the defeat.
