Mollet Wins Rookie of the Month Thursday, October 1st , 2144 Philippe Mollet's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Daegu center fielder has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In September he was voted the Rookie of the Month. During the month he hit .336 with 5 doubles, 3 triples and 7 home runs. Mollet also scored 23 times and drove in 19 runs. In 50 games Mollet is hitting .329 this season with 70 hits, 11 home runs, 30 RBIs, 7 walks, .356 OBP and has scored 42 runs. |
