IBL's Best Rookie Crowned Monday, November 13th , 2147 Gerald Holmes was the preeminent newcomer this year in the Intercontinental Baseball League and the winner of the 2147 Rookie of the Year Award. The Karachi right fielder played 154 games this season, hitting for a .282 with 162 hits, 12 home runs, 69 RBIs and 83 runs scored. Ignacio Padilla of the Paris Fleur-de-Lis finished second in voting, while Mhelter Villamarin of the Oslo Voyageurs finished third. |
