ABL-A Star of the Week Announced Monday, July 18th, 2118 So far in his young career, Raúl López has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the ABL Single A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Trois-Rivieres Aigles third baseman hit at a torrid .625 clip as he collected 10 hits in 16 at-bats, 3 home runs, 5 RBIs and 6 runs scored. This year López is batting .307 with 90 hits, 11 home runs, 44 RBIs, 45 walks, .403 OBP and has scored 62 runs. |
