Bispo Wins ABL-A Player of the Week Trophy Monday, August 17th , 2150 The Americas Baseball League has named its Top Player of the Week. The honor went to Lino Bispo, right fielder of the Manaus Jaguars. In an extraordinary hitting display, he belted out hits at a .455 pace to win the award. Bispo went 10-for-22 for the week, totaled 2 home runs, 9 RBIs and scored 5 times. Bispo is batting .288 with 16 home runs and 51 RBIs this season. |
