IBL-A Names Top Player of the Week Monday, August 24th , 2150 Intercontinental Baseball League pitchers will attest that it was tough to get Guglielmo Vincenti of the Brisbane Bolides out last week. His all-around performance at the plate made him the league's most recent Player of the Week. The 22-year-old first baseman boasted a .565 average with 2 home runs, 13 RBIs and 6 runs scored. Vincenti went 13-for-23 for the week. In his season totals Vincenti has 10 home runs and a .254 batting average. |
