Toucans Make the Playoffs Wednesday, August 23rd, 2130 Goiania Toucans fans had reason to rejoice tonight, as the team is heading to the WBA Single A playoffs. With a record of 76-39, Goiania is guaranteed a spot in the postseason, although it remains to be officially decided whether or not that's as Americas Baseball League Latin American Division champions or in a wild card position. "We have fantastic fans and it feels good to give them something to cheer about," said reliever Dave Crowley. "Hopefully there's a lot more celebrating to come." |
