Kim Belts 5 Hits Wednesday, May 21st , 2149 Goiania Toucans shortstop Kwan-uk Kim went ballistic with the bat. He hammered the Ponce Coqui for 5 hits to help Goiania win, 8-5, over Ponce at Goiânia Grounds. Kwan-uk Kim singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Tore Goerts in the 7th, doubled in the 9th and singled in the 11th. Thus far this year, Kim has hit .388 with 2 home runs and 9 RBIs. |
