Week's Top Performer Honored by IBL-A Monday, August 9th , 2151 The baseball must have looked as big as a balloon to Gwang-sam Lee of Kristiansand last week. The shortstop had quite a 6-game stretch and today he was named the Intercontinental Baseball League Player of the Week. Lee delivered 8 hits in 22 at-bats to hit .364 with 3 home runs and 9 RBIs. To date Lee has chalked up a .201 average with 8 home runs, driven in 24 runs and scored 20 times. |
