IBL-R Player of the Week, Maurer of Kisumu Monday, June 18th , 2136 It was an exceptional week for Thomas Maurer of the Kisumu Cheetahs. First he beat the devil out of the ball, hitting .444 and as you would expect, he was voted the Player of the Week in the Intercontinental Baseball League. Last week Maurer went 12-for-27, notched 1 home run and 9 RBIs and scored 5 runs. All in all, a very good week for him. So far this year Maurer has hit .297 with 2 home runs, 46 RBIs and 31 runs scored. |
