That was the resounding sentiment in the Sargodha Peregrine locker room when they were told they had clinched the Intercontinental Baseball League Asian Division title, for the 24th time. With a 78-34 record, Sargodha's stars certainly feel like they have a good chance to go all the way. "We're learned a lot under our coaching staff this year. They've taught us to never be over-confident, and play every game like a championship game. I think with that and the team we have, we have a great chance to bring a 6th championship to Sargodha this year," said starting pitcher Jorge Torres. |
