Marshall's Strong Week Earns ABL-R Trophy Monday, August 17th , 2150 It was announced today that Caguas center fielder Doug Marshall was named the Americas Baseball League Player of the Week Award for his superb play last week. During the week he compiled a .455 batting average (10-for-22) with 1 home run, 4 runs batted in and scored 5 runs. Looking at his present stats, Marshall has compiled a .294 batting average in 108 games with a .351 on-base percentage, while hitting 16 home runs and driving in 56 runs. |
