In August, the 34-year-old Lillehammer right fielder hit .267 with 7 home runs and 20 RBIs. If he keeps putting numbers like that up, he could be hauling in a big wad of cash at this time next year. This season Hernández has banged out 63 hits in 211 at-bats for a .299 average with 14 home runs. He is getting on base at a .431 pace and his totals also include 44 RBIs and 45 runs scored. |
