Intercontinental Baseball League Names Rookie of Month Saturday, June 1st, 2109 Youngster Guan-pei Chin emerged as the latest Intercontinental Baseball League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from London deserved the honor, batting .368 with 2 home runs and 16 runs batted in. Is the month of May a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Chin enjoy the limelight. This season Chin has hit at a .335 clip with 25 RBIs, 5 home runs and 19 runs scored. |
