Durrani Snares IBL Top Batter Award in May Saturday, June 1st , 2148 When Abdul Salam Durrani stepped up to the plate in May he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Intercontinental Baseball League Batter of the Month award. The young Black Forest left fielder posted a .395 batting average with 11 home runs, 30 RBIs and scored 27 runs. Durrani also worked pitchers for 13 walks to post a .457 on-base percentage. Currently Durrani is batting .370 with 15 home runs, 43 RBIs and 42 runs scored. |
