Setback for Rome and Badal Unmesh Wednesday, September 10th , 2149 Rome Generals right fielder Badal Unmesh got another setback today. His doctors informed him that his injury was not responding to treatment as well as they hoped and that he would need more time to rehabilitate. If all goes well, they expect Unmesh to be ready to go within 2-3 weeks. He told BNN, "I didn't expect a damaged elbow ligament (wba) to take this long to heal." Unmesh is currently batting .311 with 22 home runs, 78 RBIs and 60 runs scored. He has 127 hits in 408 at-bats. |
