Vance Twirls 2-0 Shutout Saturday, September 22nd , 2142 Fionn Vance had an impressive outing at Stade de France today, hurling the Oslo Voyageurs to a 2-0 shutout victory over the Paris Fleur-de-Lis. "He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Paris skipper Paris Rich said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders." On the day, the left-handed Vance yielded 8 hits and tallied 5 strikeouts with 1 walk.
