The Mexico City Aztecs defeated the El Paso Thunderbirds, 11-6, in Americas Baseball League action at Thunderdome. Lu-po-teh Guao pulled his weight. The 10-year veteran went 3-3 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI. Daniel Jahnet picked up the win with 7 innings of work. He allowed 2 runs on 6 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 1. On the season, he is now 2-1. The Thunderbirds drop to 4-8, as their fitful start to the 2150 campaign continues.

Early in the game, Guao had a run-scoring double for Mexico City. It was his 2nd double of the season and put the Aztecs on top, 1-0.
