Drew Strokes 5 Hits Tuesday, June 6th, 2113 5 times is the charm -- at least for Ronnie Drew. The Northwest Emeralds left fielder tore up the Sao Paulo Toucans to the tune of 5 hits in 6 at-bats at Ballpark at Puget Sound today. The offensive onslaught from Drew powered the Emeralds to a 13-1 win. "Drew was a tough out today," Sao Paulo manager Casey Blake DeWitt said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure." Ronnie Drew hit a solo-shot off Pei Chan in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, hit a two-run double in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
