Jaguars Are Champs of Americas Baseball League Latin American Division Monday, August 24th , 2150 While it seemed a foregone conclusion for quite some time, today it became official: the Belo Horizonte Jaguars are champions of the Americas Baseball League Latin American Division. The club has been rolling well ahead of the pack with a 80-40 record and have now officially qualified for the postseason. "It's a good feeling to know you can't be caught," said starting pitcher Yong-zhan Chien. "Now we can focus on getting ourselves ready to win a AAA World Series." The club's division title was their 25th and they will be attempting to win the franchise's 15th title.
