Hubbard Nabs ABL-AAA Weekly Award Monday, June 8th, 2105 It was announced today by the ABL Triple A that Curitiba left fielder Artie Hubbard had received the Player of the Week Trophy for his superlative play last week. During his week-long batting binge he reeled off a .519 batting average, 14 hits and 1 home run. Hubbard also racked up 6 RBIs and scored 5 runs. This year Hubbard is hitting at a .354 pace with 5 home runs and 38 RBIs. He has played in 44 games and scored 29 times. |
