Pitcher of the Year Award Presented by IBL-AAA Tuesday, October 17th , 2147 The Intercontinental Baseball League announced today that Jesús Moya has been chosen the Pitcher of the Year Award winner for 2147. The Shanghai starter had everything working for him this past season as he breezed to a 9-3 record. In his award-winning season Moya crafted a 1.93 ERA in 140 innings with 137 strikeouts and 30 walks. Opposing batters hit .225 against him in his 22 starts. He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 20. Waldemar Stasic of the Florence Centurions finished second in voting with 10 first place votes, while Lopo Cabecinho of the Bremen Foxes finished third with 1 first place vote.
