Geneva Lakers Win Top Spot in Americas Baseball League North American Division

The Geneva Lakers stood out amongst the competition in the Americas Baseball League North American Division this season and can now lay claim to having officially clinched the division title.
It is the 16th time the club has won its division and they will be vying for the 3rd AA World Series in franchise history.
"Proud of everyone in the room," is how reliever Shahzad Chishti described his feeling after the clinch. "We're number one now, but we need to make sure it stays that way when the playoffs are said and done."
