The 22-year-old center fielder went a remarkable 5-for-5 at the plate. "I saw the ball well and could just about hit it anywhere I wanted," he recalled later. However, his sensational day wasn't enough for the Puebla Aztecs, who were topped by the Taimascaros, 8-6. "It's a good lesson for him, I guess," Aztecs manager said. "Sometimes Jabber is going to lose. But I would rather him go 5-for-5 and lose than go 0-for-5 and lose."
